01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sshbet.onl, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and SSHBet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

03 Account Responsibilities

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your SSHBet account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your SSHBet account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected timeframe, contact the SSHBet support team via live chat with your payment reference number.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, SSHBet reserves the right to suspend the account and return the funds to the originating payment method.

• All funds deposited are for entertainment purposes only — they are not investments, savings or financial instruments.
• SSHBet does not pay interest on account balances.
• Deposits are not refundable once they have been credited to your account and wagered, unless SSHBet determines that an error has occurred.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, in PKR, with no fees charged by SSHBet on the transaction.

Before a withdrawal is processed, SSHBet may require you to complete identity verification if this has not already been completed. This is a standard procedure and is not specific to any individual player. You will be asked to provide a government-issued identification document and, where required, proof of your registered payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving satisfactory documentation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

SSHBet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer in addition to these general terms.

Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all SSHBet promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds may become withdrawable, once the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 must be wagered before winnings are released.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution percentages are stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account when a bonus expires.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on SSHBet, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets. Specific rules for individual sports and market types are published within the betting section of the platform and form part of these terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where SSHBet determines that an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• SSHBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error — for example, where an incorrect price was displayed due to a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• For live cricket betting, including PSL and T20 matches, ball-by-ball markets may be suspended at any time during a match. Any bet placed while a market is suspended will not be accepted. Odds update in real time and the odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. The qualifying time for each sport is defined in the sport-specific rules on the betting page.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed before you confirm a bet. Bets placed above the displayed maximum will be automatically reduced to the maximum permitted amount.
• SSHBet reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including applying reduced maximum stake limits, where unusual or professional betting patterns are identified.

08 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games, slots, live casino titles, fish games and bingo rooms available on the SSHBet platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent for every round — past results have no influence on future outcomes.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slots and casino games are published within each game's information panel in the game lobby. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players across all game sessions and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
